Old Zulla Road is located on the property and the OLD Chinn Cemetery is adjacent to the farm. Family of Rawleigh Chinn -- the son of Rawleigh and Esther (Ball) Chinn. The History of Loudoun County asserts that Rawleigh Chinn, of Lancaster -- the progenitor of the Chinn's of Loudoun County -- made an initial purchase of 13,000 acres. He appears to have parceled that land to his numerous male children. Leven Powell purchased a portion of that land from one of those male children. It further appears that the Leven Powell purchase was made from the son whose descendants graveyard is now in Middleburg
